"JD was outstanding! He was one of the 7 carriers I quoted when shopping for homeowners and car insurance. Thoughtful and very helpful in thinking through all the scenarios. He set the standard for all the other carriers both in terms of what to include in the policy as well as the overall client experience. He was 4th in terms of price, but I would have gone with him anyway. The only reason I did not, was an apples to apples quote from the last carrier was nearly $1000 lower annually. If it were only a few hundred separating him from the 2nd place carrier, the service would have been enough to tip the scale in his favor. But as the everything is going up but our paychecks, we have to watch every penny.
BTW... The lowest price did not win either. It could have saved me 1500 a year. But it turned out to be a carrier I would not do business with for a variety of reasons."
